Before registering a new account, it’s important to block your previous one. You can block your account independently from the web version or application.
For web version users:

Click on your profile picture and then click “Profile”.

Click “Block account” at the bottom of the page.
Note. Make sure to withdraw all funds from your real account so the subscription fee won’t be charged.

Click the “Sign in” button and create a new account using a new email address.
For mobile app users:
In the below right corner after opening the menu, click on "Delete account".
After you block your account, a message will appear stating that the account has been deleted.
