In the web version:

1. On the Trade room, click on the profile icon located on the upper right corner to show your profile information.

2. Click on the “Cashier” button on this section 

3. Once the deposit window is open, click on the “Withdraw funds” button 

4. On the Withdraw window, select withdraw method “Astropay” from the dropdown menu

5. Enter the amount and then click on the “Request Withdrawal”

6. Once the information has been entered, a new window will appear stating that the withdrawal request its being verified.

7. To check the withdraw status, click on the profile icon on the Trade room and click on the “Cashier” section.

8. On the “Cashier” section click on the “Transaction History” button

9. Here you can check the status of your withdrawal request.

In the mobile app: 

1. On the trade room, click on the profile icon on the right corner at the bottom of the screen.

      2. Click on the wallet icon located on the upper left corner

3. Click on the “Withdraw” button

4. Select “Astropay” from the Withdrawal method on the dropdown menu

5. Enter the withdraw amount and the phone number associated to your Astropay wallet

6. Once the information has been entered, a new window will appear stating that the withdrawal request its being verified.

7. To check the withdraw status, click on the profile icon on the Trade room and click on the wallet icon.

8. Here you can check the transaction history on the platform, green color means that the transaction was processed correctly.
